4. Installation and Site Readiness

The client is responsible for ensuring the site is ready for installation. This includes:

5. Compliance and Standards

AeroJet systems are designed to meet NBC (National Building Code) and international safety standards. However, final approval from local fire authorities and municipal corporations remains the responsibility of the building owner/developer.

6. Warranty and Maintenance

  • Hardware: We offer a standard 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects.

  • Exclusions: Damage caused by unauthorized tampering, power surges, or lack of routine maintenance is not covered.

  • AMC: For continued safety compliance, we strongly recommend our Annual Maintenance Contracts.

7. Limitation of Liability

AeroJet shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system failure if the system has not been maintained according to our provided guidelines or if the building’s structural fire-safety measures are compromised.

8. Payment Terms

  • Advance: A percentage of the total order value is required as an advance to initiate manufacturing.

  • Final Payment: The balance is due upon successful commissioning or delivery, as per the agreed contract.

  • Delayed payments may incur an interest charge of 1.5% per month.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and technical documentation provided by AeroJet remain the intellectual property of AeroJet and may not be reproduced or shared with third parties without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
